Can I reserve a pit garage or a place within a shared pit-garage?

Yes, you can make a reservation for your own pit garage, multiple pit garages or a place within a shared pit garage by phone, email or via the online event registration using the text box to indicate your needs.

Can I book a training session with an instructor via your booking system?

Yes, under Instructor Service you have the option to choose between 1-2 or 3 day training duration. You can also contact the instructors at any time during the event with questions or to clear any uncertainties along the way.

It is my first time at the racetrack, what should I have with me?

Important: You must have all the recommended safety equipment (leathers, back protector, helmet, etc) in good working order, as well as a technically flawless motorcycle.
It's advisable to have some small tools with you such as: Cable ties, tape, side cutters, extension cords, double plugs. Also remember to bring snacks and drinks to keep you going, although there are services on-site.
We have great on-site services that can also give you a hand should you need it.

How do I cancel a voucher or clear a credit note?

When you register online for the event, at the end of the booking form there is a text field. Here you can enter the coupon number and amount or the credit note information. The amount will not be automatically deducted when booking. You will receive an e-mail with the remaining balance and a confirmation of your booked voucher / credit.

I would like to pay with PayPal. Is that possible?

Of course, you can also pay via PayPal. There is a surcharge of 2% of the event price as a booking fee. You can pay (Event price + 2%) to the following account: jochen@actionbike.de

What is a family lap?

A lap for the whole family with a motorized vehicle! The lap time should be under 8 minutes. Helmet, gloves and sturdy shoes are required.
The family round usually takes place on Friday and Saturday evenings, if the racetrack operator permits it!

I would like to register a group. Do I have to register each one individually?

The best way is to send us an e-mail with the race track for which you want to book and provide the following information for all riders:
Name, first name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, motorcycle type, preferred start number, lap time (group), race start yes / no.

Do you offer a group discount?

Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount on the normal fees. For smaller groups please contact us.

Are there any extra charges for the races?

No, the races are included in the price, there are no extra costs.

Do you offer a discount for female riders?

Yes, with us the ladies get 30% on the regular event price. This can not be combined with other offers or discounts.

What does the Most "Safety Special" mean?

This Thursday event is a beginner / perfection training which takes place in Most (CZ) under the guidance of professional instructors in small groups with the same level of driving skills. It provides an opportunity to gently push yourself to the limit without pressure and therefore reduce the risk. In a pleasant atmosphere you get to know the ideal line in Most for sport riding.
